ALL other items ship from our manufacturers and ship separately from the sticker books and paper pack. They could take 1-2 weeks to ship. They have their own shipping fee and do NOT count towards the "free shipping" offer on our site for $150+ orders. (The $150+ must be items that ship from our office.)
