Shipping policy

We strive to ship every package as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to ship.*

*High volume sales days, holidays, or other circumstances can sometimes increase shipping times. 

Due to high international shipping rates, we only ship to US and Canadian addresses at this time.

If you pay priority shipping, your package comes with insurance up to $100 of value in package. We are NOT responsible for damaged items in the mail. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you will file a claim with USPS. Please email us if you need help with this claim. If your item arrives damaged due to manufacturing, please email hello@kellofaplan.com with your order number and photos of the damages within 15 days of receiving the product.

We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. We ship all orders to addresses entered at checkout, so please verify that you entered the correct address at checkout. We are not able to change the address on our end. If you entered the wrong address, please email hello@kellofaplan.com. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it so you can reorder. If it has already shipped, we are not able to change the address or cancel the order. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, we will send a new invoice to the customer for the new shipping label in order for it to be sent out again. If the customer does not wish to pay for shipping again, they will be given store credit minus the cost already spent on shipping.

We must go by your tracking status that is provided by USPS. If your package shows as "delivered", we go by that status unless your local post office can prove through GPS location that they delivered to the wrong location. If you have a package marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please reach out to your post office and ask for the GPS location of delivery. They track this for every package they deliver. If they can show it was delivered elsewhere then we can file a lost package claim at that time. Please email hello@kellofaplan.com with your order number and letter from your post office showing they delivered it to the wrong location and we can help you submit this claim.
