Refund policy

ALL sales are final on our site. There are *no* refunds for *any* items in our shop.

If you place an order and then request a cancellation, we will return the money to you in store credit (gift card). We are unable to refund money back to your form of payment. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation.

 

If you have a problem with your order, please email Matthew at hello@kellofaplan.com so that Matthew can assist you. Emails must be received within 14 days of receiving your product. After this time has passed, we are unable to assist with issues.

We are NOT responsible for damaged items in the mail. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you will file a claim with USPS. Please email us if you need help with this claim.

If your item arrives damaged due to manufacturing, please email hello@kellofaplan.com with your order number and photos of the damages within 15 days of receiving the product. All damages due to manufacturing must be reported in one email- we will only send out one replacement order per order, so please make sure all issues are included in one email.
