I ordered these discs along with the silver expander discs. Both priced $19.99. The silver came as packaged in a plastic tube, these came in torn plastic baggie and were standard sizes. When I emailed them to state I received the wrong size discs. I got an email back that there was a typo on the site and they fixed it. Then they offered to send me gold or silver expander discs or another set of the black ones they already sent. I was also told those are the only ones they have in stock. However, they still have these listed as expander discs even though they are very much standard size. I bought from this site because I was trying to save on medal expander discs. Next time I’ll just spend the money and order from a more reputable company.

Our recent restock of black metal discs was packaged by our manufacturer in baggies rather than tubes. This change was made for shipping efficiency, and future shipments will continue to arrive this way. The silver discs were part of an earlier production run and were packaged in tubes, which is why the packaging differed.
Regarding sizing, the black metal discs sent are correctly listed and labeled as 3.5 cm expander discs. The confusion appears to stem from a comparison with the silver discs, which are 3.7 cm and therefore slightly larger. While both are considered “expander” discs because they are larger than the standard discs included with our planners (which range from 1.5 cm to 3 cm), the black discs received are accurate to the product description on our website.
We made multiple attempts to clarify this via email. While we understand the frustration, we ask that communication remain respectful.
As a courtesy, we offered a return for store credit if the discs did not meet expectations. However, because the correct product was sent as described, we are unable to offer a refund in accordance with our store policy.
